Terms and Conditions for Medrite Plus In-Store Activation with Skin Republic

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Medrite in-store activation (“Promotion”) in partnership with Skin Republic.

By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period

The Promotion will run on selected dates as communicated by Medrite and Skin Republic.

The Promotion is valid only while stocks last.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all customers purchasing Skin Republic products at participating Medrite stores.

Employees of Medrite, Skin Republic, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Participants must be 18 years or older.

How to Participate

All customers qualify for access to the skin analyser booth and a free drink from the on-site barista.

To qualify for a spin, customers must take part in the Skin Republic promotion and purchase 3 or more Skin Republic products in a single transaction at a participating Medrite store.

For every purchase where the customer has bought 3 or more Skin Republic products, the customer is entitled to one spin of the promotional wheel or one try of the bubble machine.

Customers may not combine multiple transactions to qualify for a spin. 

Each customer is allowed only one spin or try per 3 or more products they have purchased in a single transaction.

Customers must present their till slip, regardless of the total amount spent in a single transaction.

Prizes

Prizes will be determined by the outcome of the spin and win are subject to availability.  Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other products. 

Skin Republic and Medrite reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.

General Terms

The Promotion is subject to availability and may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.

Medrite and Skin Republic shall not be held liable for any technical issues, errors, or disputes arising from participation in the Promotion. 

Any attempts to manipulate or abuse the Promotion will result in disqualification. 

By participating, customers grant Medrite and Skin Republic permission to use their names and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation. 

Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of Medrite and Skin Republic.
