Terms and Conditions of Birthday Sale Competition

1. Promoter

This competition is organised and promoted by Skin Republic (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period

The competition runs from 27 October to 8 November 2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open only to residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older.
• Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

• Entry into the competition is automatic when you purchase a Skin Republic product via www.theskinrepublic.co.za during the Competition Period.
• No additional steps are required to be entered into the draw.

5. Prize

• One winner will receive a year’s supply of Skin Republic products, to the approximate value of R6,520.
• Products included will be selected at the discretion of Skin Republic.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around 9 November 2025.
• The winner will be notified via email within 7 working days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days, Skin Republic reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. General Conditions

• By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition at any time, without prior notice.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Skin Republic may use their name and/or image for publicity purposes related to the competition, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) in connection with this competition or the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

8. Privacy

Any personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with Skin Republic’s Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
