Glycolic

Glycolic acid belongs to the alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) family. The small molecular structure of glycolic acid allows it to penetrate the skin more readily, allowing it to work deep within the pores. Glycolic acid loosens the build up of dead skin cells and oils to help reduce blackheads and breakouts. The exfoliating action of glycolic acid removes old skin cells, helping to reduce pigmentation for a more even skin tone. Glycolic acid has also been shown to stimulate collagen production, which will help reduce the appearance of fine lines. Glycolic acid also improves absorption of other ingredients, like retinol or vitamin C, enhancing their effect on the skin.

Lactic acid

This naturally occurring alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), offers numerous benefits for skin care. It gently exfoliates the skin, removing dead cells and revealing a brighter, smoother complexion. Lactic acid also helps to improve skin texture and tone, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Additionally, it can enhance moisture retention, leaving skin hydrated and supple.

: This serum contains high percentages of active ingredients. Patch test is essential. Apply abroad spectrum SPF while using the product and for a week thereafter. Do not use with other exfoliating treatments or retinoids. Can cause irritation, redness and peeling, especially around the eyes and mouth, in the early stages of treatment while skin builds tolerance. If persistent irritation occurs, cease use and consult a physician. Use only as directed on unbroken skin. Do not use while pregnant. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place at 5 - 25 C. Do not expose to high temperature. Protect from direct sunlight.
